Co-Founder/Chief QualiT Strategist

Trevonne has over 10 years of experience providing operational and executive administrative support. She has managed a variety of projects in the public sector, education administration, and events industry. She is passionate about learning, growth, and helping others to reach their goals.

Trevonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Masters of Public Administration.

Thia T. Homer

Co-Founder/Chief Data Scientist

Thia Homer is an educator and data expert certified in Foundations of Business Analytics. With a proven track record as a Senior Analyst in the finance and consumer lending industry, she excels in financial reporting, systems design, and project management. Thia possesses the essential tools to manage the operations of highly functional businesses.

Thia’s deepest passion lies in creating a lasting and positive impact on communities through mentorship and support for small businesses. With a high school and university instructor background, along with active involvement as a member of the Rotary and a SEEDSPOT facilitator, Thia has empowered many young adults to establish a solid foundation for the real world.

Thia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Data Analytics.

Tricia D. Homer

Communications and Marketing Director

Tricia is a facilitator, educator and project manager. She is an expert in training, presentation skills, and communication. Since 2016, she has been coaching executives and teaching at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Most recently, she was a Senior Program Officer at the US Institute of Peace where she led training and supported curriculum design for projects across the U.S. and around the world. She is a former actress and producer with numerous stage, television, and film credits on camera and behind the scenes.

Tricia competed in the Miss Universe pageant in 2005, representing the US Virgin Islands and earning the title of Miss Congeniality. She holds an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and a master's degree in education from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Charlene Brown-Reid

Strategic and Financial Management Consultant

Charlene is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for life. Currently serving as the District Branch Manager for STT/STJ at FirstBank in the US Virgin Islands, she excels in leading teams and driving success in high-pressure environments. As the current CFO at ACR Enterprises and the CEO of Eden Gifts, where she has been managing logistics for over 20 years, Charlene brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to her roles. She has also held roles at JP Morgan Chase Bank, where she honed her financial expertise and customer service skills. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a drive for success.

Charlene holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Eric A. Grims

Project Management Specialist

Eric is a creative and dynamic project manager with over 25 years of experience. A successful team builder and leader, Eric has experience leading teams in high pressure and time sensitive situations. He has collaborated with a wide variety of organizations including White House Communications, Kaiser Permanente, National Black Caucus, BAE, Messari, Atlantic Magazine and Deloitte. Combining high-level expectations and strong interpersonal skills while focusing on integrity and morale, Eric is a service leader who strives to create a positive culture, believing that mission success is dependent on team success.

Eric has a Bachelors in theater from Penn State and Masters in Management from The University of Maryland Global Campus.

Tarra N. Waters

Event Coordinator/Business Support Specialist

Tarra Waters is a seasoned event coordinator and business support specialist with five years of dedicated experience in the event industry in conjunction with seven years of proficiency in business administration. Tarra is a dynamic professional who seamlessly blends creativity with organizational acumen.

Armed with an associate's degree in business administration, her passion for event coordination, coupled with her strong administration background allows her to provide a holistic approach to clients' needs. She is not just an event planner; she is a business support expert who understands the intricate balance between creativity and pragmatism. Whether it's organizing weddings that leave clients with lifelong memories or corporate events that boost businesses' profiles, she stands at the forefront, bringing creativity and professionalism together in perfect harmony.

Geary A. Smith

Information Technology Specialist

Geary is an Information Technology Specialist from the USVI with over 7 years of experience in the IT field. He started his career at the Virgin Islands Port Authority where he provided technical support for end users, managed and monitored the ports’ operational systems, and managed the networking infrastructure. His working experience also includes Systems Analyst responsibilities at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.

Geary holds a Bachelors in Computer Information Technology from Norfolk State University.

Dwayne A. Huntt

Luxury Customer Service and Hospitality Consultant

Dwayne is a seasoned Hospitality Manager and Customer Service Expert with over 15 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry. With a strong foundation in hospitality operations and a deep commitment to enhancing guest experiences, he has consistently driven operational excellence in both luxury and retail settings.

As a Senior Manager, Dwayne excels in planograms, retail management, and sales strategies, bringing a strategic approach to comprehensive store management. Beyond the operational realm, Dwayne is passionate about personal development and has served as a coach and mentor, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential. This commitment to fostering continuous improvement is a testament to Dwayne's leadership in cultivating environments where both employees and customers thrive.

Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Saint Augustine’s University.
